Kendall Davis Clay

Meet the Maker Kendall Davis of Kendall Davis Clay. She works with one simple credo: mindful designs for life. 

She calls Fort Worth, Texas home, and that is where she throws poetically simple ceramic designs in an artsy alcove of the city called Near Southside. Her store and studio show deep reverence for two creative inspirations: Ansel Adams, a photographer best known for his starkly beautiful black and white landscapes; and Agnes Martin, an abstract expressionist whose work is often described as being minimalist. 

Each piece in her Agnes and Ansel collections are 100% designed and handmade by Kendall Davis Clay. Beginning with a bag of clay she throws, trims, and dries each item before firing twice to achieve the perfect finish.

Kendall's pragmatic designs uncover beauty in the simplicity of shape and color and her hope is that her work will become not just a functional part of your kitchen and dining experience but a reflection of your design aesthetic as well.
